These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BV Game platform available at bvgame.app. They apply to every account, every bet, every deposit, and every withdrawal made through the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or continue using BV Game.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account on BV Game, accessing the platform, or placing a bet, you enter into a legally binding agreement with BV Game. Your continued use of any part of the website constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms in their current form.
These Terms and Conditions apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless otherwise stated.
If you are accessing BV Game on behalf of someone else, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the platform under any circumstances.
2. Eligibility and Age Verification
No person under the age of 18 is permitted to open an account, deposit funds, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on BV Game. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. BV Game reserves the right to request official documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age cannot be verified.
BV Game is designed and operated for players based in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful under your local regulations. BV Game does not accept any liability arising from your failure to determine whether using the platform is legal in your jurisdiction.
The platform is for personal entertainment use only. Commercial exploitation of BV Game's services — including but not limited to systematic arbitrage, use of automated betting software, or operation of third-party betting services using BV Game accounts — is strictly prohibited.
3. Account Registration and Maintenance
Each individual may hold only one BV Game account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are not permitted. BV Game's automated systems and manual review processes are actively designed to detect duplicate accounts.
When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real full name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. BV Game is not liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your password secure. You must notify BV Game's support team immediately via live chat if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.
Important
Creating a second account to claim a bonus a second time is treated as fraud. Any funds obtained through duplicate accounts will be confiscated and the accounts closed permanently. This includes accounts opened by family members sharing the same address, device, or payment method.
Secure Account Protection
All BV Game accounts are protected by OTP verification on withdrawal and login. Your Pakistani mobile number is the primary security layer for your account.
KYC Verification
BV Game may request CNIC or other identity documents before processing large withdrawals. Verification protects you and the platform against fraud.
One Account Per Number
Each Pakistani mobile number can be linked to only one BV Game account. This rule is strictly enforced to ensure fair access to promotions for all players.
4. Deposits and Payments
All deposits on BV Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 200. BV Game does not charge any platform fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are beyond BV Game's control.
Supported payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. You may only deposit using payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and may result in account suspension.

5. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests on BV Game are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. This same-source withdrawal policy is a standard anti-money-laundering measure that BV Game applies to all accounts.
The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. There is no platform fee charged on withdrawals — the amount you request is the amount transferred to your account. Withdrawal processing times depend on your VIP tier: standard accounts typically see withdrawals processed within 1–2 hours during business hours; Gold VIP within 30 minutes; Platinum VIP within 20 minutes; and Diamond VIP within 10 minutes at any time of day or night.
BV Game reserves the right to request identity verification (CNIC) before processing a withdrawal of Rs 25,000 or more. Failure to provide requested documentation within 72 hours will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the BV Game balance.
Bonus Wagering Before Withdrawal
If your account balance contains active bonus funds with a wagering requirement, you cannot withdraw until the wagering requirement is met. The withdrawal system will specify the exact playthrough remaining. Cashback rewards from the VIP Club carry no wagering requirement and can be withdrawn immediately.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
BV Game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and VIP cashback. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms stated at the time the offer is made. The general rules in this section apply to all promotions unless a specific offer explicitly states otherwise.
Bonus funds credited as part of a welcome or reload offer carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Bets placed at odds below 1.50 (or the stated minimum) may not contribute toward wagering requirements.
Each welcome bonus is available to new accounts only and may only be claimed once per person, mobile number, household, device, and IP address. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account is treated as fraud under these terms.
Weekly loss cashback credited through the BV Game VIP Club carries no wagering requirement and can be withdrawn or used at any time without restriction. This is clearly differentiated from promotional bonus funds which do carry requirements.
BV Game monitors bonus usage patterns. Accounts identified as engaging in systematic bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without meaningful risk — may have bonus privileges removed and outstanding bonus funds confiscated.
7. Betting Rules
All bets placed on BV Game are subject to the rules applicable to the specific market at the time of placement. Odds are quoted in decimal format. In-play odds change in real time and the odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet are the odds that apply — BV Game does not honour bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
BV Game reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where there was an obvious pricing error, where the result was already determined at the time of bet placement, or where the integrity of the event is in question. Voided bets are returned to the account balance as a stake refund.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary by game category, event, and VIP tier. These limits are displayed within the betting interface. BV Game may adjust limits at any time without prior notice.
PSL Market Rules
PSL betting markets follow standard cricket match betting rules. In the event of a rain-affected result or DLS method decision, BV Game follows the official PSL ruling in determining the outcome.
Games: RNG Certification
All slot, fishing, and crash game outcomes on BV Game are determined by a certified random number generator. The platform does not manipulate outcomes and all results are provably fair.
Odds and Payouts
Odds and payout rates are displayed clearly in the betting interface. Crash game multipliers are calculated in real time. BV Game does not alter displayed odds after a bet is confirmed.
8. Prohibited Activity
The following activities are strictly prohibited on BV Game and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access markets, or perform any activity on the platform
- Match-fixing or any activity that attempts to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which a bet is placed
- Money laundering — using BV Game to move funds through deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any BV Game competition or tournament
- Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or opening accounts on behalf of others
- Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities — any such exploits must be reported to support and not used for personal gain
- Using a VPN or proxy service to mask your location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions
- Any fraudulent activity including unauthorised use of another person's payment details
Consequences
Accounts found to have engaged in prohibited activity will be suspended without prior warning. Any outstanding balance will be withheld pending investigation. BV Game cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in cases of suspected fraud or money laundering.
9. VIP Club Terms
The BV Game VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression is based on accumulated activity points. BV Game reserves the right to modify point thresholds, tier benefits, and cashback rates at any time. Members will be notified of material changes at least 14 days in advance.
VIP tier protection of 90 days applies to all tiers. During this window, a tier cannot decrease regardless of reduced activity. At the quarterly review, if trailing 90-day activity is below the threshold for the current tier, the account may step down by one tier. The minimum tier is Bronze, which cannot be removed from any active account.
VIP cashback is calculated on net losses over the preceding seven days (Monday to Sunday, Pakistan Standard Time) and credited every Monday morning. Cashback credited through the VIP Club is real PKR with no wagering requirement. VIP membership does not exempt players from any other provision of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Responsible Gaming
BV Game is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the account settings section.
Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, BV Game will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform and from receiving marketing communications. Self-exclusion periods have a minimum duration of 30 days and a maximum of five years.
BV Game reserves the right to impose limits or suspend an account if it detects patterns of play that suggest problem gambling, even if the player has not requested these measures. 11. Privacy and Data
BV Game collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected includes name, mobile number, date of birth, payment information, device identifiers, and betting activity. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, detect fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations. 12. Limitation of Liability
BV Game provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While the team works hard to ensure uptime and reliability, BV Game does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability.
BV Game's liability to any individual player is limited to the amount deposited by that player that remains unbet in their account balance at the time of any claim. BV Game is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use or inability to use the platform.
BV Game is not responsible for telecommunications failures, internet outages, or third-party payment provider delays that affect your ability to use the platform or complete a transaction. These are outside BV Game's control and do not give rise to any claim against the platform.
13. Amendments to These Terms
BV Game reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Minor clarifications may be made without notice. Material changes that affect player rights, bonus terms, or financial conditions will be communicated via on-platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
Continued use of the BV Game platform after any updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Players who do not agree with updated terms may close their account and withdraw any available balance before the effective date of the changes.
